I agree with willard so far LEDs are about worthless for growing. Every one wants to use cheap red and blue LEDs when there are some really high output near white lights. Time will tell if NASAs research leads to anything good but for now HPS and MH are the way to grow.

Those LED Panels aren't enough wattage. Get a High Power LED Light!

There are indeed some high power (40W) white LED's emitters that put out 4600 lumens, but that's not the point. Most of those 40 watts are still wasted because most of the wavelengths that make up that white light are not used. You can compensate a little for the wrong wavelengths by increasing lumens overall (plants can adapt to a point), but the whole point of LED's is to focus on specific wavelengths plants prefer, which differ with every plant.
