Any one have any problems with a PPM-3 controller freezing on them.
The digital display will freeze up below the desired levels causing tank to empty.

JUNK! I called the company and was told to keep it the shade, away from electrical wires, low humidity, away from coiled cords and to use a separate power strip for it. WTF!
Oh, and not to add chemicals to a resivore with out covering it up first.
He said even though it's supposed to be at plant height to build an awening over it.

I am also having the same issue and haven't found a solution yet. I have read that electronic ballasts can cause a problem with RF interference but no one has confirmed this. I am going to get a new lumatek since I am currently running a digital greenhouse electronic ballast and see if the lumatek and the better RF protection are the fix. I don't want to blame the controller until I have figured out if it could be RF interference.
