Default fungus or spores in rapidgrow plugs

I have fully rooted clones in my regular rapid-grow-like (IHORT) plugs which have developed what look to the naked eye as tiny granules around the roots. Through a microscope, i can see that they are fuzzy and irregularly spherical shaped. Some seem to have a small egg that looks like a spider mite egg associated with the granule. There does not seem to be any damage to the roots, but i have had some die-off of the bottom leaves of my clones. Can anyone identify these granules, and/or recommend a treatment?

    Default additioal info

Upon further inspection through my microscope, i have seen amny wingless bugs in my IHORTS. the fungus i say earlier MIGHT be dead bugs enveloped in some kind of fungus. Now, i need to identify the bugs. They look like small ants, with amber or clear translucent bodies.
