So I'm extremely new to hydroponic gardening. I started off with some bell peppers, i figured it would be easiest. The stems on my plants are causing some concern to me. There are some bumpy/flaky kind of stuff on there.

It kind of even looks like the Rockwool is maybe breaking off in tiny clumps and attaching itself to the stem as it grows through?

Do these look alright or does anyone see anything blatantly wrong?
