Gognats vs. Gnatrol. Are either safe on Bonsai?

Between Gognats & Gnatrol, are either of these products safe to use on bonsai to control and kill fungus gnat larvae?

I'm not too familiar with Gognats, but I can tell you that Gnatrol is completely safe to use on all plants, both ornamental and edible, including Bonsai.
