Ushio Hilux Opti blue 400w

Hey guys I have a 400w lumatek ballast. I want to pick a very good MH for it. I know that the hortilux blue is supposed to be pretty nice, but its only has 29,000 lumens. I was wondering if the Ushio opti blue works well on lumatek ballasts. it boasts 39,000 lumens witch is a lot more. I am just concerned weather it works well or not because it is considered a "conversion" bulb and I don't quite understand weather they operate on e-ballasts well or not.
